Are you looking for a place to stay all to yourself?!! Then you’ve come to the right place—our holiday home is situated in a very quiet location on the south-facing slope—right next to the Sonnenbahn ski run in St. Michael—in the heart of the top Lungau ski areas: Großeck-Speiereck, Fanningberg, Katschberg-Aineck, and Obertauern! (2 km from the A10 highway exit)
It sleeps 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room, two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds), a new bathroom with shower and toilet, and a cosy living room with a tiled stove.
We’ve also set up an infrared sauna in the basement. A beautiful sun terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, along with the murmur of a small stream right next to the house, guarantee a sense of well-being for those who appreciate the finer things in life and those seeking peace and quiet. Absolutely secluded location!!
Bedding, table linens, towels, and dishes are provided!
You’re welcome to bring your dog; we charge EUR 10 per day for your dog!
The town of St. Michael/Lungau, with its numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, is easily accessible on foot in just 10 minutes (approx. 0.8 km)!
In the summer, hikers, cyclists, golfers, and—above all—nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find an 18-hole golf course, numerous cycling and mountain biking trails, as well as walking and hiking options ranging from “leisurely to high-alpine.”

On-site fees: Parking directly in front of the house; cash payment; dogs allowed: 10 euros per day



Check-in is from 5:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
