Beautiful and very private cul-de-sac location with extra parking spaces and great entrance. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, with ceiling fans, air conditioning system, interior patio with fountain and more. Located in a resort-style and boutique style exclusive Dorado Reef community. It's one of the few Dorado communities where the properties are located at a 1 minute walking distance from a private beach, nestled right next door to exclusive 6 star Dorado Beach Ritz Carlton Reserve Hotel. The beach is one of the best surfing spots in the island. Villa Tranquila is elegantly decorated and has plenty of natural light.There is a living room, dining table, modern full equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee Maker,pots and pans, utensils, wi-fi high speed internet, a terrace where you can have your coffee or sip a cool drink in the evening, and a inside patio with a water fountain where you can listen the water falls.The master bedroom is bright and open with high ceiling; it has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, walking closet and a balcony.The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with trundles. These rooms share a full bathroom.The third full bathroom is on the first floor next to the family room room with a double pull out bed.

Property just as described

Great location. Gated community with a fenced in backyard and additional common areas for roaming. Easy walk to pol and beach ⛱️. Easy ride from airport and close to town. Host communicated promptly and answered all our questions. Traveling with a 16 month old can be difficult, property is great for family.

Good Variety of Things to Do

House was a little dated, especially the kitchen which needs repair. The cloths dryer did not work well. Otherwise, the house was comfortable in a safe, gated, community which had a nice pool area with a small private beach. You can’t walk to anything outside the neighborhood. Downtown Dorado actually has some good happy hour spots. The real attractions like the rain forest and Old San Juan are 45 minute plus drives away.

Beautiful location

The property is in a very nice neighborhood, quiet, clean and very pretty. We had a great Thanksgiving with family at the villa. The beach was very nice and very few people were there, we even caught sight of manatees in the water. We'd love to go back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful it was a short ride to the pool and beach .. the community circle in the back yard was great letting my grandkids run and have fun knowing they couldn’t get out because it was all gated … overall a great time

Great house, location, & amenities

This great place made coming back home and visiting family so much better. Great location - we loved the outside area facing the courtyard and ate dinner there each night. The pool & beach were very nice and an easy golf cart ride away. And not only was it big enough for our family of 6 coming from out of town but we were also able to host local family members comfortably. Unlike other places we have stayed, it's was well stocked with beach toys, towels, and other essentials for our stay. Overall, nothing but good things to say about our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great property, comfortable beds, nice in-home ammenities. Clean home. Pool/tennis/swingset well maintained. Would 100% stay again. Great experience. Has golf cart, which is also great.

Beautiful beach in an exclusive area

This villa is located in one of the most exclusive areas in Dorado, very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The host was very responsive and attentive. The recreational area that includes a gazebo, a large pool, a kids pool and a playground, is a golf cart ride away, with easy access to the Breñas beach, which is very beautiful and calm, as shown in the pictures. This place is amazing for a family vacación. I fully recommend it and hope to visit again real soon!
