Vacation apartment on the outskirts with 2 balconies

Our holiday rental is located right next to the Ruhr Valley Bike Trail and various hiking trails, and features two separate balconies so you can enjoy the sun all day long. In addition, we offer two double bedrooms with separate bathrooms to ensure a high level of comfort and privacy. From both balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view across forests and meadows to the Sauerland mountains. Enjoy watching the morning sun and the sunset from here. Of course, outdoor seating is provided so you can start your day with breakfast al fresco, for example. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance. But our modern, fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. On balmy summer evenings, our romantically designed garden—with a lawn for sunbathing, a pond, and flower beds—invites you to barbecue or relax after long hikes; comfortable garden loungers are also available here. Alternatively, we have a spacious living room with a cosy sofa and a TV or reading corner. From both balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view across forests and meadows to the Sauerland mountains. Enjoy watching the morning sun and the sunset from here. Of course, seating is provided so you can start your day with breakfast outdoors, for example.
