The Halbinsel52 I Garten holiday rental is located on the ground floor. The rooms are spacious and bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and patio doors. You can access the garden from every room.

The new building, constructed using eco-friendly timber-frame methods, was designed as a low-energy home and equipped with high-quality wood-aluminum windows and flush-mounted doors. A heat pump powered by electricity from photovoltaic panels supplies the building with energy. Great care was taken to use natural materials to create a healthy and comfortable living environment.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people and features two beautiful bedrooms—one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two single beds (90x200 cm). The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. The open-concept living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, is bright, modern, and exudes a cosy atmosphere.

Outside, you can relax on your own terrace—furnished with high-quality patio furniture and lounge chairs. The garden is fenced in, features privacy screens, and has a lockable garden gate. For active holidaymakers, a storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes is available. A parking space is located right next to the house. A fast-charging station for electric cars is located 200 metres away.

Our accommodation is just a stone’s throw from the picturesque Wasserburg Peninsula—an ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of Lake Constance. On the way to the peninsula, you’ll find a variety of cosy cafes and restaurants that offer something for every taste and budget. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a light lunch, or dinner with a lake view—we’ve got you covered.
The nearest free swimming spots with sunbathing areas on the idyllic shores of Lake Constance are each only about 300 metres away and invite you to relax and cool off.

Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.

Important Notes:

Dogs are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee and can roam freely in the fenced-in garden. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, even a late arrival is no problem.
