This ideally located semi-detached house is situated in a quiet area in the heart of the holiday village and offers a beautiful view over the adjoining meadow property and the Allgäu mountains.

To provide you with the best possible comfort, we had the windows and doors of the holiday home replaced in June 2022. All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

With 65 square metres of living space, you’ll find a lovingly furnished holiday home featuring a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, offering plenty of space for up to 6 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with oven and range hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a mixer, a kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and a washing machine.

The bright, south-facing living and dining room features a comfortable couch with a floor lamp, perfect for cosy evenings spent reading. A flat-screen TV, various books and games, and a CD player/radio provide entertainment on rainy days. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.

The spacious, secluded south-facing balcony is accessible directly from the living room and is furnished with a large table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a parasol.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet. The children’s room, or second bedroom, has two bunk beds that can easily accommodate adults as well.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. In addition, the house has a separate toilet with a sink.

A clothes rack and laundry basket, as well as an iron and ironing board, are also provided, and for our younger guests, a cot, high chair, and children’s tableware are available.

The storage room adjacent to the house offers space for your ski and snowboard gear, especially in winter.

The large children’s playground—including a pump track—tennis courts, a Kneipp facility, a playhouse, an outdoor pool, restaurants, and the management office are all just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition, the holiday home is the perfect starting point for hikes and cross-country skiing trips.
