Welcome to our red Swedish-style house—in the charming wooden-house neighborhood of Haselünne!
Our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, perfect for spending time together. The dining area has room for the whole family, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure. The small sunroom is perfect for relaxing in any weather. The adjoining patio is perfect for breakfast outdoors or a cozy barbecue evening.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed. Another bedroom has a bunk bed. Closets and storage spaces provide plenty of room for your luggage.

Behind the house is a small, shaded, and fenced-in garden area—ideal for dogs.

Our vacation home has two free parking spaces right outside the door, as well as a garden shed where you can safely store bicycles or other items.

Our vacation home is located near the idyllic Haselünner See and offers both relaxation and activities. The city center, with its charming shops and delicious restaurants, is within easy reach. Explore the surrounding area on numerous bike trails that lead you through the beautiful countryside of the Emsland region. Every two years, the famous Korn- und Hansemarkt attracts visitors with its culture and culinary delights.

** Important Information Regarding Costs, Security Deposit, and Final Cleaning Fee **
- A final cleaning fee of 55 euros is charged per stay.
- A fee of 3 is charged for the use of the washing machine on a trust basis; this must be paid ON SITE.
- A one-time fee of 25 is charged for each pet. This must be paid BEFORE ARRIVAL.
- A pet deposit of 50 euros is due BEFORE ARRIVAL. This will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after your departure, provided the vacation home is handed over in good condition (no damage and compliance with the house rule requiring the property to be swept clean and tidy upon departure).
- Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge!

Mooi en schoon huisje. Voorzien van airco, we hadden 2 dagen 35 graden, dus dat was heel fijn. Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was. Communicatie met de host was perfect! Als er iets is staan ze direct voor je klaar. De tuin ziet er wat anders uit dan op de foto's, De tuin is groter geworden. Je kunt zien dat ze met verbeteringen bezig zijn, maar het is al heel goed. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus pudelwohl wohlgefühlt. Auch die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage war perfekt für unsere Ausflüge - die Hunderunde im gegenüberliegenden Wäldchen und ausgedehnte Radtouren in der sehr fahrradfreundlichen Umgebung sind perfekt. Unsere Gastgeber waren äußerst herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir und der Hund haben uns herrlich erholt. Mit dem Fahrrad war man schnell in Haselünne. Es gab schöne Spazierwege durch die Natur und um den See. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. 1
