The property features a beautiful enclosed garden to the rear, perfect for children or a dog. Upon entering the ground floor you will find an open kitchen and a cozy dining area. In the same room is the living room, from where you can enter the terrace through the sliding doors. Next to the kitchen there is a compact bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms can be found on the upper floor. Both rooms have two single beds and the room at the rear has an attractive French balcony overlooking the garden.
