A brand-new tiny house right on the beach awaits you. Despite its size, it offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. You enter the house through the glass front door. To the left, you’ll find a cosy living area with a comfortable couch for relaxing and a smart TV for entertainment. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view through the large panoramic window of the recently developed, wide sandy beach and the Weser River. To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped built-in kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided, along with everything you need for cooking. A table with chairs offers the perfect setting for a game night, lively conversations over a drink of your choice, and shared meals. The ground floor is rounded out by the shower room, where you can freshen up after a day at the beach. A staircase leads you up to the loft and into the cosy sleeping area. The windows there offer a wonderful view first thing in the morning, without even having to get out of bed. The tiny house is fully insulated, and thanks to the air conditioning, you’ll stay cool even on hot summer days.
