Apartment 1: Apartment 1, located on the ground floor, measures 35 m² and accommodates up to 3 people. You can access the apartment via the stairwell with an lift or through the two patio doors on the south side.

Apartment 1: Room 1: The larger room is furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm), a sleeper sofa (90x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a desk. A wardrobe and coat rack provide plenty of space for your luggage. Room 2: The smaller room is designed for single occupancy and is equipped with a single bed (90x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a desk, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. Both rooms open onto the terrace, which offers a view of the pedestrian zone and invites you to relax. Just 50 metres away, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, with shops, restaurants, and the beautiful old town of Markdorf just a short stroll away. The kitchen is the heart of the apartment. From here, you can access the bathroom as well as both bedrooms. A cosy sitting area is perfect for sharing meals together.



This modern apartment building, set to open in the fall of 2024, is centrally located in the heart of Markdorf’s historic old town. Situated on a quiet side street, directly in the pedestrian zone of the high street, the apartment building offers 5 exclusive city centre apartments with 1–4 rooms.


Through the collaboration of several architects, we have created an innovative townhouse that is perfectly tailored to the needs of holidaymakers and business travellers. All apartments offer the comfort of a hotel combined with the spaciousness of a holiday rental.


To offer our guests from all over the world the greatest possible comfort, every apartment is accessible via lift and is barrier-free. This ensures the highest level of comfort even for families with strollers, seniors using mobility aids, or wheelchair users.



All apartments are equipped with comfortable double and/or single beds, a desk, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections, as well as flat-screen TVs.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 01:00 to 10:00.
