At Villa SUN, which we’ve furnished with lots of heart and love, we want our guests to feel right at home. Here you can relax, forget about everyday life and your worries, and recharge your batteries despite being far from home.

Located near Poreč, you’ll find the detached Villa SUN, complete with a swimming pool and ocean views. Completed in 2025, Villa SUN—furnished with Italian designer furniture—spans two floors.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with beautiful, comfortable furniture, a large TV, and a game console. A high-quality kitchen with a bar table and chairs, as well as a dining area for up to 8 people. Passionate cooks can let their creativity run wild here with plenty of equipment and work with Istrian ingredients. For wine lovers, there is also a well-stocked wine refrigerator. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Both rooms offer easy access to the covered terrace with a pool and a large BBQ counter, as well as a view of the sea. The heated pool (8x5) is located in the beautifully landscaped, fully fenced garden (1,000 m²), featuring olive trees and plenty of space to play and relax.
A staircase leads to the ground floor, where there is a hallway, three bedrooms—each with its own en suite bathroom—and a covered terrace overlooking nature and the sea. Two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, which also provides access to the hallway. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and heated floors. The property features a private, enclosed parking area for 2 cars, with an electric gate. A charging station (for a fee) is available for electric cars.

Youth groups are not permitted!

The pool is closed from October 1 through April 30.
