Hi, we’re so excited to welcome you to our charming ground-floor apartment! The apartment features a cosy, Baroque-style living room (our “gute Stube”), a fully equipped kitchen with a TV and direct access to the garden, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest bathroom. The garden is all yours and offers everything your heart desires: a hot tub for 2–3 people (summer only), a gas grill, and fire pits. We want you to feel completely at home here—almost as if you were at your own home. The apartment was renovated with great care and attention to detail by the previous owner, and we’re continuing that dedication. That’s exactly why we’ve listed it as a holiday rental: so we can use it ourselves from time to time while also giving you the chance to experience it.
You’ll notice that there are many of our personal belongings here—feel free to use them. Food, drinks, and everything else are also at your disposal. Just make yourselves at home and treat everything as you would in your own home.
