On the ground floor of the “Genau Richtig” holiday home is the spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen. There, in addition to all the necessary kitchen utensils, you’ll find plenty of space and tranquility for shared meals or a cosy game night at the large dining table. When the weather is nice, you can step right out into the garden and take a seat on your very own private terrace in Havelpark. With comfortable seating and technical equipment for watching TV or listening to music, the spacious living room offers a wonderful central gathering place for your personal get-togethers.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM until midnight, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

The holiday home is perfectly suited for 8 people. In the fully equipped, new kitchen, you’ll find a modern induction stove with an extractor fan, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a good supply of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The washing machine is located in the utility room behind the kitchen. The living and dining area features a large dining table that can be extended to comfortably seat 10 people. The large couch and the very cosy armchair in the living room invite you to relax, chat, and enjoy music or TV together. On the ground floor, in addition to a spacious, bright entryway with a coat rack and a large mirror, there is also a study with a desk, an ergonomic desk chair, and a sofa, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the upper floor, you’ll find four comfortably furnished bedrooms—three with double beds and one with two single beds. For small children, we can provide a travel cot as an extra bed upon request. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet on the upper floor. Geothermal energy powers the underfloor heating, which creates a very comfortable living environment. You can enjoy warm days on the large south-facing terrace and make use of the entire garden on the property, which spans over 700 m². Cyclists can store and lock their bicycles in the wooden shed.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
