Cozy vacation apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea beach

Hello and welcome to the "SEEADLER" holiday rental

Located in 24257 Hohenfelde, this holiday rental is an attic apartment on the ground floor of a three-family home, so there’s always someone on site to assist you. It offers plenty of space for up to 4 people.
The apartment measures 63 square metres, spread over 2 levels.
On the lower level, you’ll find a comfortably furnished living and dining room with, among other things, a TV, DAB radio (USB & CD),
a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet,
a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and much more, & the shower room,
as well as a studio on the upper level with two single beds, a small closet, and plenty of space for children to play on the occasional “bad” weather day.
A few toys, books, and a drawing board are provided.
All windows are equipped with insect screens.
The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

Bedding and towels are NOT included in the rental price but can be booked as an option for €17 per person/week.

This is a NON-SMOKING apartment (smoking is permitted outdoors).
Pets are welcome upon request.
A parking space is available at the house.
A charging station for electric cars is available. Costs are billed separately.

The Baltic Sea beach (natural beach), which is free of tourist tax, is approximately 800 metres away.
The beaches of Kalifornien and Brasilien are only a few kilometres away.
In Hohenfelde, you can shop for daily necessities at a small EDEKA with a bakery or at a kiosk on the beach.
Various other stores are located in Schönberg or Lütjenburg, 10 km away.
In Probstei and the surrounding area, extended bike tours or excursions can enrich your holiday. Anglers will find our beaches to be an ideal fishing spot.

The apartment includes a small garden area (paved patio) with patio furniture, a parasol, and a gas grill. This area can be enclosed with a privacy/wind screen upon request.
A sandpit invites the “little ones” to play.
The rest of the garden may be used by arrangement.
The garden shed, featuring a cosy sofa corner and a TV, is also available upon request.
You can safely store the bicycles you bring with you in a bike shed located on the property.

Min. Minimum rental period: 3 days during the early and off-seasons, 7 days during the peak season.

Prices include utilities and final cleaning.
