Welcome to the Zirbenzapfen Mountain Apartment, located 1,600 meters above sea level in the Seetaler Alps of Styria. Enjoy fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the forest. With a bit of luck, you might spot local wildlife right outside your window. Both the apartment and garden offer a peaceful, undisturbed atmosphere.



The heart of the home is the cozy living and sleeping area, styled like a traditional alpine hut. A custom-built bed and a pellet stove create a warm and inviting setting.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.



Outdoor pleasures: Step outside into your private natural paradise! You have exclusive use of the entire garden and sunny terrace. The stone barbecue in the garden invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings beneath the clear starry sky.



At a glance: 40 m² on the ground floor for up to 4 guests (baby cot available on request). The upper floor is unoccupied. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.



Accessibility and parking: Free parking is available on site. The apartment is accessible year-round. The last 30 meters are via a private road. Please note: Snow chains are mandatory in winter!

The region is a dream for hikers and mountain bikers, from Zirbitzkogel to Sendertrail. Excursions about 30 km away offer variety before you return to your alpine retreat.
