Einziger Störfaktor ist, dass sich im Erdgeschoss ein indisches Restaurant befindet. Im Sommer im Obergeschoss nicht die Fenster öffnen zu können, weil ständig Kochgerüche aufsteigen, ist ein absolutes Manko. Lage der Wohnung im Ort ist zentral und für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand.
