Charming vacation home with a view near Lake Constance and Bregenzerwald

Spacious apartment in a single-family home in the centre of Schwarzach with a magnificent view of the Rhine Valley. It comfortably accommodates 5 people, with space for up to 7 in total.

It’s just a 10-minute drive to the lake and the nearest ski slopes (Alberschwende or Bödele). A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, and doctor’s office are just a 3–5-minute walk away.

There is free parking next to the house. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. From the car park, a path leads up several steps to the house.

The living space spans two floors. It has three bedrooms, a large living room with a cosy leather sofa and a smart TV, a spacious kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, and two bathrooms.

All bedrooms have hardwood floors. Two of the rooms also have desks for undisturbed work. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (2x 90x200) and a sleeper sofa (90x190). The room has access to the balcony.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed (90x190) and a sofa bed (80x190). The room offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

Bedroom 3 has a French double bed (140x200). The room opens onto the balcony.

The kitchen has a large dining table that comfortably seats five to six people. The kitchen is also equipped with plates, silverware, pots, and glasses.

To get you started, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, spices (salt, pepper), and trash bags are provided; however, you’ll need to purchase these yourself later once they run out.

Mid-stay cleaning is not included in the price but can be booked upon request; additional fees apply. Please enquire when booking. - There is no washing machine for guests. A laundry service can be booked as an option; additional fees may apply.

The house offers a great view across the Rhine Valley towards the Swiss Alps. You have free access to a large garden on a hillside.

A walking path leads directly from the house up to the basilica in Bildstein—recommended for an evening stroll in the summer or a winter wonderland hike during the day in the winter.

From the house, you can reach Bregenz, Dornbirn, the Bregenzerwald, and Lake Constance within a 15-minute drive (by car or bus). - Please let us know in advance when you make your reservation: who will be travelling with you and their ages, where you’re coming from, and whether you need a parking space. - We look forward to welcoming you here.
