Es tut uns leid, dass das deinen Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat – das sollte natürlich nicht so sein. Wir kümmern uns bereits darum, damit beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder alles rund läuft und du dich rundum wohlfühlen kannst. Danke, dass du dir die Zeit für die Rückmeldung genommen hast. Vielleicht dürfen wir dich ja nochmal bei uns begrüßen – wir würden uns auf jeden Fall sehr freuen 😊

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie mit Haustieren vor Ort. Fürs nächste Mal würden wir eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Check in sowie Check-Out erfolgt über einen Schlüssel Tresor. Desweiteren liste ich die Votreile sowie Nachteile der Wohnung auf. Große Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern Großer Esstisch Küchenausstattung ausreichend mit Kaffeemaschine und Toaster Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird gestellt Einrichtung modern aber qualitativ billig Staubsauger in der Wohnung Standort super zentralNachteile:Bei Ankunft zur Check-In Zeit war die Wohnung noch nicht fertig - es wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt - im Badezimmer ist kein Abzieher an der Dusche- Duschtüren werden nicht gereinigt - Abfluss in der Dusche schon verstopft, das Wasser lief sehr schlecht ab- defekter Laminat im Wohnzimmer - Nirgendwo Fliegengitter angebracht - Dachgeschoss wird extrem warm im Sommer - Einrichtung schön aber nicht praktikabel, diverse Lampen hängen extrem niedrig und sind sehr dunkel- Luftabzug im Bad defekt, auf Meldung wurde uns geschrieben dass sich jemand kümmert, dies geschah nicht mehr während des Aufenthaltes - es wird geschrieben das eine Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden sind, dies ist FALSCH. Es gibt einen kleinen Waschraum mit zwei Waschmaschinen und einem Trockner. Diese werden aber immer von den Reinigungskräften benutzt für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die nasse Wäsche wird über Nacht in den Maschinen gelassen. Benutzung nicht möglich.

Es freut uns sehr, dass euch die Größe der Wohnung, der große Esstisch, die zentrale Lage sowie die grundsätzliche Ausstattung gefallen haben – besonders bei einem Aufenthalt mit Familie und Haustieren ist das ja nicht ganz unwichtig. Gleichzeitig tut es uns sehr leid, dass euer Start nicht reibungslos verlaufen ist und einige Punkte euren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Eine nicht vollständig gereinigte Wohnung zum Check-in sowie nicht behobene technische Mängel entsprechen selbstverständlich nicht unserem Anspruch. Auch die Situation rund um den Waschraum sowie eure Hinweise zu Beleuchtung, Abfluss und Ausstattung nehmen wir sehr ernst und prüfen diese intern. Dass ihr auf eure Meldung bezüglich des Luftabzugs keine Lösung während des Aufenthalts erhalten habt, bedauern wir besonders. Unser Ziel ist es, schnell zu reagieren und Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir arbeiten kontinuierlich an Verbesserungen – sowohl technisch als auch organisatorisch – damit sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen können. Vielleicht möchtet ihr uns im Frühling noch einmal eine Chance geben? Gerade zu dieser Jahreszeit zeigt sich die Region von ihrer schönsten Seite, und wir würden uns sehr freuen, euch dann von den Optimierungen überzeugen zu dürfen.

Gemütlich und unkompliziert

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage und super eingerichtet. Das Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Nur die Treppe zu dem 3-Bett Zimmer war etwas steil.
