Built in 2024, this holiday home is located in the North Sea Resort Tossens—wonderfully quiet yet centrally located. The special highlight: the view of the idyllic Pütten, a unique natural and bird paradise right on your doorstep.

**Living & Relaxing**
In the open living area, you’ll find a comfortable couch, a fireplace for cosy evenings, and a smart TV with ZuhauseTV. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and inviting—perfect for cooking together. Floor-to-ceiling windows open directly onto the terrace with a garden.

**Sleeping**
Upstairs, you’ll find two lovingly furnished bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a smart TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. The second bedroom features two comfortable single box-spring beds (90x200 cm each) and is ideal for children, friends, or siblings. Both rooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds, ensuring you get a peaceful, restful night’s sleep.

**Wellness Bathroom with Infrared Sauna**
The modern bathroom on the ground floor offers pure relaxation:
A spacious, walk-in shower and a private infrared sauna provide cosy warmth—ideal after a long walk on the beach or a mudflat hike.

The house is situated in a completely quiet area at the back of the NordseeResort Tossens—right next to the Pütten with a view of the nature reserve. The dike is within walking distance (about 200 m), as are the Frisian beach, restaurants, and shopping in town. Butjadingen offers plenty of options for day trips—from Burhave to the harbour in Fedderwardersiel.
