The holiday rental is located in a quiet area in the Strietfeld district of Walow, on the shores of Lake Kreßinsee. It’s a 5-minute walk to the swimming area, which features a small sandy beach and a dock. Here, you can swim in clean water, go fishing, or explore the lake on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), which can be borrowed for free.
The 90-square-meter ground-floor apartment features a large kitchen-living room with a dining area and a cosy sitting area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with two double beds and a sleeper sofa, providing a maximum of 5 sleeping spots if needed.
The garden area features a patio with a bench, table, and chairs, as well as a small lawn under fruit trees where you can relax in a lounge chair. In the front yard, there is a playground with a ping-pong table, sandpit, and trampoline for the children. A grill is available for everyone’s use. Bicycles can be stored in the barn, which also houses additional toys (e.g., a mud kitchen) for the younger guests.
The house has a solar power system and a carport with a wall-mounted charging station. In total, the house has two apartments, one of which is used by the owners and the families of their children and friends.
Strietfeld is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. All the other major lakes are within a 20-minute drive. Golf, tennis, horseback riding, canoeing, biking, and hiking—the range of recreational activities leaves nothing to be desired.
