Welcome to the Anno 1895 Holiday Home, a lovingly renovated captain’s house that has retained its historic charm while offering modern comforts. Idyllically situated in the historic centre of Manslagt, right on a small canal, this holiday home offers an oasis of tranquility—nestled between the old parsonage and the charming church.
Enjoy absolute silence away from the hustle and bustle and relax in your private garden, which offers complete privacy—perfect for sunny afternoons or cosy evenings. The new, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom ensure the highest level of comfort. The terrace invites you to wind down the day with a leisurely breakfast or a glass of wine under the open sky.
Thanks to its location right next to a bike and walking path, the house is the ideal starting point for exploring: Visit picturesque Greetsiel with its famous twin windmills, the North Sea and the Wadden Sea, the East Frisian Islands, or the cities of Emden, Leer, and Aurich.
For your convenience, free parking is available right next to the house. You can also use the Wi-Fi for free during your stay. All TVs are equipped with a Fire TV Stick, so you can stream your favourite films and TV shows.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wer es eher ruhig und ohne Trubel mag ist hier genau richtig. Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage hat man eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV und kann sein Auto auch einmal stehen lassen. Die Einrichtung ist okay, ganz besonders Toll ist die moderne Küche und das Bad. Uns hat es dort gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Anno 1895

Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, aber leider nicht sehr sauber. Auch riecht es sehr streng, als wäre seit Monaten nicht gelüftet. Die Terrasse ist sehr dreckig. Im ganzen Haus sind Spinnengewebe vorhanden. Wir sind der Meinung, dass das Haus im Vorfeld nicht gereinigt wurde. Der Haarföhn ist defekt. Wir würden es aus diesen Gründen nicht noch mal buchen.
