Free parking is available for our guests right in the courtyard. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
Please observe the house rules, which ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

The apartment is NOT suitable for construction workers.

Welcome to Kleingesee! We offer you a cosy, modern, non-smoking holiday apartment of approximately 93 square metres located in the attic.

The apartment is perfect for up to 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious, bright living room with a dining area is perfect for cosy get-togethers.

Enjoy your evenings on the south-facing balcony, which is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room.

• 1 additional separate sleeping area (allevy) is available, e.g., for children

• 1 additional sleeping option is available in the living room on a rollaway bed

• Living room with dining area (TV with Netflix and RTL+)

Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
