About this property

Saltwater Therapy.

Our fully furnished Flagler Beach condo is centrally located right downtown. Full kitchen and bath renovation completed July 2024. You can see and hear the ocean from the front door and its a quick 20 second walk to one of the most unique beaches in the state. This is a ground level access, one bedroom condo with a fold out couch and we have a single mattress that can be placed on the floor. Sleeps up to 4 adults, plus one on the single mattress. Conveniently located behind the new Tortugas restaurant in the Mayo Condominium building. LBTR# 28785

My husband grew up in this area. This is our home away from home. We love spending weekends here relaxing on the beach, having coffee at the pier, and be walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Its perfect. I hope you enjoy your stay.

What makes this property unique

Less than one block from the beach.
One designated parking spot plus a visitor spot and street parking. Please park in #8 spot which is adjacent to the mailboxes. I switched parking spots with another resident due to his handicap.
