About this property

Our fully furnished Flagler Beach condo is centrally located right downtown. Full kitchen and bath renovation completed July 2024. You can see and hear the ocean from the front door and its a quick 20 second walk to one of the most unique beaches in the state. This is a ground level access, one bedroom condo with a fold out couch and we have a single mattress that can be placed on the floor. Sleeps up to 4 adults, plus one on the single mattress. Conveniently located behind the new Tortugas restaurant in the Mayo Condominium building. LBTR# 28785

What a wonderful place to stay! First floor, easy access to the beach, as quiet as could be expected for a beach location, and the place was spotless! We will certainly be looking to stay here again!

Sweet weekend!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while in town for my father-in-law's funeral. It was a sad reason to be in town but it was nice to have this pleasant place waiting for us. Though we didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment it had everything we needed.

In the middle of it all!

Nice Comfy Place, Great Location

We loved our time in Flagler Beach and this spot was perfect for my wife and I. The host is from the area, was attentive and provided a number of good recommendations for us while we were there. This property’s location couldn’t be any better! We could see the ocean from the doorstep, and it was only a short 20 second walk to the beach. Amazing! The small town had everything you’d want from a commercial beach, minus the crowds and traffic! There are excellent restaurants very close to the property, a gas station, seven eleven, and friendly people everywhere you go. I was especially pleased with the property owners and the way they handled an issue we had at check-in. The issue was nothing extreme and had no negative impact on our trip or our opinions of the property or it’s owners. They are super kind and answer messages promptly and efficiently. We definitely plan on visiting Flagler Beach again soon, and we want to make sure to stay in a property owned by the same owners. It was an amazing vacation!

My husband grew up in this area. This is our home away from home. We love spending weekends here relaxing on the beach, having coffee at the pier, and be walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Its perfect. I hope you enjoy your stay.

What makes this property unique

Less than one block from the beach.
One designated parking spot plus a visitor spot and street parking. Please park in #8 spot which is adjacent to the mailboxes. I switched parking spots with another resident due to his handicap.
