Unser Aufenthalt hatte leider einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber gestaltete sich schwierig, da Rückmeldungen nur sehr verzögert erfolgten. Die Zimmer waren insgesamt ordentlich und sauber.Weniger positiv fiel die Außenterrasse auf, die einen ungepflegten Eindruck machte und offenbar schon länger nicht gereinigt worden war.Zusätzlich befand sich direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle, auf der die Arbeiten bereits ab ca. 06:30 Uhr morgens begannen. Dadurch war die gewünschte Ruhe und Erholung im Urlaub leider nur eingeschränkt möglich.Wir haben den Gastgeber auf die Situation aufmerksam gemacht. Nach einigen Tagen erhielten wir eine Rückmeldung, verbunden mit der Zusage eines Preisnachlasses. Dieser wurde jedoch letztlich nicht umgesetzt.Schade, denn mit einer besseren Kommunikation und der Einhaltung der zugesagten Lösung wäre unser Eindruck sicherlich deutlich positiver ausgefallen. Wir wünschen dem Gastgeber dennoch alles Gute für die Zukunft.
