The holiday rental in Neustadt / Pelzerhaken is located just 180 metres from the Baltic Sea beach and offers a stunning view from the balcony. It can accommodate 4–6 people: the double bed in the bedroom, the loft bed in the children’s room, and the comfortable sleeper sofa for two in the living room. In the living room, you can relax in front of the TV after a sunny day at the beach and enjoy your dinner at the dining table or on the balcony. We look forward to welcoming you!


The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, blender, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are also plenty of sealable containers available in the kitchen so you can easily pack your meals for a day at the beach. The large bedroom features a double bed and spacious built-in closets, providing more than enough room for your luggage. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower. Adjacent to the living area is a spacious balcony. Here, you can relax on the provided furniture and round off the day with a lovely dinner. You’ll also find your private, lockable storage room in the basement, where you can safely store your bicycles. In the common area, there’s a coin-operated washing machine.

Thanks to your private parking space right next to the house, you won’t have to worry about finding a parking spot at all.


The fee for the Ostseecard (tourism tax) can be paid in cash on site.
Off-season (Jan. 1–Apr. 30 / Oct. 1–Dec. 31): €1.60 per person per night
High season (May 1–Sept. 30): €2.70 per person per night
(Children and teenagers up to age 18 are exempt)
