This 60-square-meter, modern holiday rental accommodates up to 6 people and is ideal for families or small groups of friends consisting of a maximum of 4 adults. It’s located right on the beach, so you can fully enjoy the sound of the ocean and the sweeping view of the water.


Note: Starting in early 2027, there will be a construction site on the grounds between the Strandburg and the Haus des Gastes.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, both inside and on the balcony. The sheltered balcony, which offers a side view of the sea, features a lounge set and two sun loungers—perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

Bedroom:


A bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a TV. Through the skylight, you can admire the starry sky and let the stars lull you to sleep. This bedroom is accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room and features an open layout (No door to the living room)


The second bedroom is ideal for children and features a bunk bed and a loft bed, complemented by a practical built-in closet.


Bathroom: The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combination, a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer, so you can relax wonderfully after a day at the beach. You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer here to make your stay even more comfortable.

Kitchen and Living Room: The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, ensuring a pleasant cooking experience during your holiday. There is plenty of dishes and silverware, as well as pots and pans.
In the living room, you’ll find a spacious corner sofa bed, a dining table, and a high-quality smart TV, so nothing stands in the way of cosy TV nights or shared meals. Thanks to the very large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the view of the sea even from the dining table.

Other amenities: Additional features include internet access, a parking space, and an lift, which makes access to the apartment easier. A clothes drying rack and an ironing board with an iron are also provided.
For our younger guests, there is a travel cot with a fold-out mattress and a booster seat for a chair.

Pets: Pets are welcome, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the beach holiday with you.

For the 5th and 6th guests, a surcharge of €15.00 per night will be charged.
The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. You’ll also be regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10:00 a.m.) and a late check-out (departure by 4:00 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during peak season: During the high season, we can only accept direct consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
