The holiday rental is located in a beautiful, fully renovated Art Nouveau villa. It is furnished in a modern and inviting style and can accommodate up to 4 people (3 adults and 1 child, max. age 12).
The house is in a quiet location and features an underground car park (maximum height 2 m) and a bike storage room. The basement has a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a fee.
The 40-km-long sandy beach and the promenade are only about 100 m away. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find small shops and cafes perfect for strolling and relaxing.

The comfort and amenities of this welcoming, high-quality holiday apartment invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
It is located on the top floor of Villa Waldstraße and offers a modern living room, a fully equipped modern kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, and dishwasher. The bay window room, with a view over Bansin, is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A comfortable sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is available in the living room to accommodate a third and fourth person.

Parking space No. 17 is reserved for your car in the building’s underground garage (2 m high).
A bike storage and laundry room (coin-operated) is available.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit Tiefgarage und Fahrradkeller. Die Betten sahen zwar gut aus, waren aber durchgelegen. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.
