Top Lage gegenüber der Hafenpromenade, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Schwachpunkt ist die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit in dem größeren Schlafzimmer, wo es lediglich einen Lamellenvorhang gibt. Das war aber einzige Punkt und ist gejammert auf hohem Niveau.
