In the living area, you’ll find a cosy dining area by the window, a well-equipped kitchenette with a washing machine
and a comfortable couch perfect for relaxing.
A wall-mounted TV and Wi-Fi are available for your use.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe.
Bedding and towels can be booked as a linen package. All windows are equipped with fly screens.
Since the apartment is also suitable for people with allergies, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the rural outskirts of Aurich. The city centre is approximately 3 km away.
The East Frisia Hiking Trail and the Ems-Jade Bicycle Trail run right nearby, both of which are perfect for beautiful bike rides.

Directions

Take the A31 highway towards Oldenburg /Leer, then onto the A28. Take the A28 exit for Leer/Hesel/Aurich, then take the B72 towards Aurich until you reach the town entrance (shopping centre visible). Turn right at the traffic light here, then immediately right again onto Jadestrasse. Follow the road until the 6th street on the right (Schirumerweg—recognisable by a large old linden tree!).
Continue until the 2nd street on the right (Hilgenbusch) until you reach a sharp left turn.
You’ll see two seagulls in the front yard on your right, and you’ve now reached your destination.
