Our house is located on the beautiful outskirts of the picturesque village of Kleinsassen, with a view of Milseburg and Bieberstein Castle. This idyllic setting allows you to wake up to the sound of birdsong in the morning, spend the day surrounded by nature, and admire the starry sky in the evening.
Right next door is the Kunststation Kleinsassen, which hosts national and international art exhibitions year-round and offers a fantastic programme for guests interested in art and music. Just 635 m away, you can admire, experience, and learn about measuring and weighing instruments from antiquity to the present day at the Pfundsmuseum.
The house is a new building constructed in 2022, and the amenities meet the highest and most modern technical standards. As the property owners, we also live on-site. We’d love to welcome you to our spacious and fully equipped holiday apartment so you can explore the beautiful Rhön region.

Welcome to our newly opened holiday apartment “An der Milseburg,” which was completed in 2024!
A private entrance leads you into a spacious hallway that opens into the inviting living and dining area with an open kitchen. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the picturesque Bieberstein Castle. The cosy sofa converts into a double sleeper sofa.
The bedroom for two is located near the bathroom with a shower, where you can watch the cows grazing in the morning.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes so you can feel right at home in the kitchen.
We, of course, provide towels and bed linens.

On-site fees: Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed for a fee of €15 per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of €1.00 per person per night will be charged additionally on site. Included in the base price: Wi-Fi, bed linens & towels, parking.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
