Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Köln u. Bonn. Mit der U-Bahn (fast vor der Haustür), kann man beides bequem ohne Umsteigen erreichen. Gleichzeitig lädt das nahe Rheinufer zu Spaziergängen ein. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt braucht man zu Fuß 20/ per Auto 3 Min.. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Mit dem Auto ist man auch innerhalb von 30 min z.B. in Königswinter oder Phantasialand.Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Souterrain und war natürlich im Herbst jetzt entsprechend etwas dunkel, aber warm. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Die Betten bequem. Die Küchenzeile war klein aber ausreichend. Hier wären vielleicht ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen notwendig. Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, ist aber auch so in der Anzeige angegeben. Dank Tagesbetten hätten insgesamt 6 Personen dort schlafen können. Wir waren 2 Erw/2 Kinder und hatten genügend Platz. Es gilt aber zu bedenken, dass es nur eine Toilette gibt, bevor man mit mehr Personen einzieht.Für die Kleinsten waren auch ein Kinderstuhl und etwas Spielzeug vorhanden. Zudem gab es auch Brettspiele für "große" Kinder und Erwachsene. Den Pool haben wir jetzt im Herbst aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht genutzt. Auf den ersten Blick erschien er sauber und aufgrund von hohen Hecken ums Grundstück wenig einsehbar. Große Rasenfläche zum Spielen. Das große Trampolin war das Highlight für unsere Kids. Zugang zum Haus über Zahlenschloss unkompliziert.
