To facilitate your entry into El Gouna, we kindly request copies of your IDs (front and back of your Egyptian ID) or passports upon booking. Please note that entry is subject to approval by the town of El Gouna. If approval is denied, a full refund will be issued.

Please send the documents promptly upon booking to avoid last-minute denials and delays. For bookings made within 48 hours, please contact us before you book.

Construction work is currently underway on the other side of the lagoon (expected to finish by the end of March). The lagoon is wide enough to still ensure your privacy. Once completed, the waterfront view in front of the house will be unparalleled.

El Gouna management has strict rules regarding noise levels to ensure peace and quiet. Excessive noise and loud music are not allowed after 10:00 p.m. and may result in a fine if reported by neighbors.

Swimming pool cleaning and garden maintenance take place early in the morning. El Gouna management has clear instructions, and workers are trained to perform their duties quietly and efficiently to ensure guests’ comfort and privacy.

There is a private car parked on the premises. Additional parking space for at least 2 cars is available.
