Very nice holiday rental with a private terrace and patio furniture (dining table, lounge chairs) in the annex of a private home, in a great central location in Cap Ferret; the cove and ocean beach are about a 10-minute walk away.

On the ground floor: an open-concept kitchen area with a dining table and access to the terrace, 1 private room with a 1.40m sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 1.60m double bed, an open living area with a sofa bed (sleeps 1), and a shower room. TV, Wi-Fi, and 2 bathrooms.

The terrace faces west and is separated from the adjacent main house by vegetation; the living and terrace areas of the main house face south, thus providing some distance from the holiday rental.

Distances: Ocean approx. 700 m, bay approx. 500 m, restaurants starting at 1,000 m, and shops approx. 1,500 m.

The holiday rental accommodates a maximum of 4 people.

Behind the apartment, in a separate building, there is a simple studio with a terrace that can be rented in addition, allowing for up to 6 people. The studio consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a double fold-out bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and a balcony with a table and chairs. Available upon request.
