The Kohlhaukuppe holiday rental on the 1st floor, with a large entryway (small desk), living room with a new built-in kitchen (including oven, microwave, and dishwasher), dining table for 8 people, a couch (converts to 2 extra beds, 160x200 cm), satellite TV, two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm), a balcony facing the courtyard, 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, plus 1 corner infrared sauna for 4 people.

Welcome to Geising, a picturesque little village near Altenberg in the Eastern Ore Mountains.
Nestled in a small range of hills in the Ore Mountains, our house—with its total of 5 holiday apartments—invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
All holiday apartments are uniquely designed, comfortable, and generously furnished.
In addition to a new built-in kitchen, each apartment offers plenty of space to sit and relax, features its own sauna in the bathroom, and has a balcony or terrace facing the courtyard.
Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are included.
For the winter and hiking seasons, there is a ski room with a boot dryer.
Free parking is available in the courtyard for each apartment.
EXCLUSIVE and NEW starting in May 2025: 2 tennis courts available for individual use, approx. 200 m away, through an external provider, exclusively for our guests! (Costs for this will be billed separately)
For other sporting activities, there is a golf course in Cinovec (Czech Republic) at an elevation of 870 m, approximately 5 km away. You can contact the provider, Golf Teplice (Krusnohorsky Dvur), directly for this.
Within walking distance are the Geising train station with connections to Dresden, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher shop, a chemist, a sporting goods store, an Erzgebirge arts and crafts shop, a pharmacy, a savings bank, various restaurants, and doctors’ offices.
The Erzgebirge Ridge Trail also begins at the Geising train station, stretching 287 km all the way to Thuringia.

On-site costs: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made later than this will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is due by 10:00 a.m. Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided before arrival by sending you the access code. You will receive this code well in advance of your arrival.A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed only in the ground-floor holiday apartments Aschergraben, Hüttenteich, and Wildpark, for a fee of €10 per day per pet (this fee will be charged on-site).A visitor’s tax of €1.60 (reduced rate, for guests aged 6–16) or €2.10 per person (ages 17 and up) per night will be charged in addition prior to arrival and must be paid separately.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
