Very beautiful, cosy cottage "Pondside Retreat & Canoe", 400 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 500 m from the centre of Dehtáře, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Holašovice, 15 km from the centre of Hluboká nad Vltavou, 10 m from the lake. Private: natural state property 150 m2, trees, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, fireplace, bathing jetty, bathing place. Available: canoe. 100 m long bumpy, narrow motor access. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 15 km, pub garden 800 m, bus stop "Dehtáře" 500 m, railway station "Netolice" 11 km, sandy beach 10 m, outdoor swimming pool 15 km, bathing lake "Dehtáře". Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: UNESCO Holašovice 6 km, Hluboká nad Vltavou 15 km, České Budějovice 15 km, Dívčí kámen 18 km, Český Krumlov 36 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Dehtáře 10 m.

Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Wooden floors. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).
