Beste, bedankt voor uw review. Het spijt me te horen dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Alle foto's van ons appartement zijn echt en door mijzelf genomen. De laatste foto van "Badeparadies Schwarzwald" is een mogelijke excursie en maakt geen deel uit van de flat. De saunatoeslag is duidelijk vermeld in onze beschrijving. Onze hoge normen voor netheid worden meestal geprezen door gasten. Als u ons had geïnformeerd over ongemakken, hadden we graag opnieuw schoongemaakt. Wat betreft de communicatie, u arriveerde niet op de afgesproken tijd. Terwijl ik met mijn baby wachtte, heb ik u meerdere keren bericht. We streven naar flexibiliteit, maar betrouwbare communicatie is ook belangrijk voor ons. We wensen u en uw familie het allerbeste. Met vriendelijke groeten, Uw Holidu-team

The apartment met all our expectations. The building is located in a serene but very convenient region. Restaurants and a decent supermarket are just around the corner. It takes just a few minutes’ drive to the centre of Triberg. The room is modern, spacious, well decorated and cozy. I’m particularly grateful to our host, who took plenty of her time to lead us to the apartment building’s self-help washing machine.

Es war rundum schön.

Pros: Ich war mit meinen Kids, 8&11Jahre alt und unserer Hündin für einen Kurzurlaub hier. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Es ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir wurden liebevoll betreut.
