A warm welcome to our charming, newly renovated home in the picturesque Marzoll area of Bad Reichenhall! Our home is located in a quiet setting that’s perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The spacious living and dining area, the inviting garden, and the three separate bedrooms offer plenty of room for families and friends, no matter how large or small your group may be. Just 200 metres away, you’ll find the nearest bakery, where you can buy fresh rolls, delicious pastries, and fresh coffee for a delightful breakfast. Public transport access is also excellent: the nearest bus stop is just 200 metres away. From there, you can easily reach Salzburg and Berchtesgaden to discover the region’s breathtaking beauty. With the guest card, you can even ride most buses in the Berchtesgadener Land for free. New for our guests: An electric car charging station is now available right at the property. This allows you to charge your vehicle conveniently and safely during your stay and set off on your excursions relaxed and with a full battery. Welcome to our charming and fully renovated holiday home! The entryway welcomes you with a practical coat rack that offers plenty of space for your jackets and shoes. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for and features high-quality Miele appliances that make cooking a pleasure. Right next to the kitchen is the inviting dining area, ideal for convivial meals with family and friends. The living room is a cosy retreat, furnished with a comfortable couch and a fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere. From here, you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air and nature. On the ground floor, three individually decorated bedrooms await you. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a closet. The second bedroom, affectionately known as the “monkey bedroom,” also features a double bed and a green earth mattress that ensures a restful night’s sleep. The third bedroom features a solid bunk bed (1.40 x 2.00 metres). All bedrooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower and an infrared sauna, which promotes relaxation and well-being. In the attic, you’ll find an additional bedroom with a bed (0.90 x 2.00 metres) for relaxing, as well as another bathroom with a shower. If you need to pick up some groceries before you arrive or would like a bread delivery service, just let us know. Right from our front door, idyllic paths lead through meadows, forests, and charming villages—all the way to Salzburg, where you can explore the fortress, the cathedral, or the Festspielhaus. For a refreshing break, we recommend the beautiful Marzoll outdoor pool with mountain views—a real hidden gem and just a 10-minute bike ride from our front door! A children’s playground is within walking distance, perfect for families with little explorers.
