Der Service von Haventraum ist erstklassig. Freundlich, kooperativ und sehr reaktionsschnell. Zu 100% zu empfehlen. Die Geschäftsführerin und ihr Team sind so gut wie immer ansprechbar, telefonisch und über elektronische Wege,bei letzterem eine sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit. Die Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung hatte einen Defekt und wurde innerhalb von 45 Minuten ausgetauscht. Zur Wohnung: die Wohnung war blitzeblank bei unserer Ankunft und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Betten sind Betten auf denen man liegt und keine in deren Matratze man versinkt. Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Insgesamt sind wir mit Haventraum sehr zufrieden und haben erneut eine Buchung dieser Wohnung getätigt. Auch die netten Eigentümer der Wohnung haben wir kennengelernt,weil diese zu Saisonbeginn den Schlüssel für den Strandkorb vorbeigebracht haben.

Es war einfach perfekt, angefangen von der Buchung, über das Procedere bei der Ankunft, die Gästekarte, die Wohnungen, die Unterstützung als es um eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes ging. Kurz Frau Bütecke hat alles professionell gemanagt und dazu mit einer sehr norddeutschen Freundlichkeit. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt und werde wiederkommen und weiter empfehlen.
