27 m² of living space for up to 2 people:
- Functional, high-quality built-in cabinet with a comfortable sofa,
which can be converted into a comfortable bed in just a few simple steps;
TV, wingback chair, and wardrobe
- Dining area for 2 people
- Kitchenette with oven, portable 2-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher,
refrigerator and freezer
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Entryway with coat rack
- Covered, furnished balcony

The apartment includes 1 covered parking space under Building D.
A maximum of 1 dog is welcome to stay for a fee!

Swim in the building’s own pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sun loungers (for a fee), burn off some energy playing table tennis, test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
