Welcome to the Lorenz family’s holiday rental in Silberstedt: on the upper floor of this single-family home, guests will find a spacious apartment in a quiet location that sleeps up to five, offers plenty of space, and features a large, sunny balcony.
Through the shared front door, you’ll find the staircase leading up to the apartment’s long hallway: at the end of the hallway, you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of utensils for preparing delicious holiday meals. From the kitchen, a small staircase leads you to the large, sunny balcony with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella. Right next door is the bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which can be darkened with exterior shutters and is equipped with a screen. At the other end of the hallway is the large living room with a cosy sitting area, TV, and a table for playing, eating, or working. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Like the bathroom, the second bedroom is located under the gently sloping ceiling: a bed measuring 1.90 x 2.00 m offers space for a child or a small adult. One or two additional children or teenagers can make themselves comfortable on the sofa bed in the living room (1.30 x 1.90 m): Children up to age 5 are welcome and stay free of charge; a travel cot and a high chair can also be provided upon request. A play corner and board games ensure holiday fun.
The rental price includes utilities, bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in the parking lane on the street directly in front of the house (at the end of a dead-end street). There is also a lockable storage area for bicycles. A flat fee is charged for the final cleaning.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
