Vacation home for a relaxing stay near Schagen and Callantsoog
This spacious vacation home offers the perfect combination of tranquility, nature and easy access to the North Sea coast. The towns of Schagen and Callantsoog beach are nearby, and Texel and Amsterdam are also within an hour's reach. Anna Paulowna for daily shopping is only a 5-minute drive away. The area is ideal for bicycle tours.
Comfortable living room and well-equipped kitchen
Upon entering, you immediately notice the cozy dining area, ideal for meals and drinks. The kitchen is equipped with a 90 cm stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, and you make your coffee with a filter machine. The sitting area with wood-burning stove and smart TV offers plenty of comfort. The large canopy offers extra space for relaxation, with a fridge/freezer, Weber BBQ and high table with chairs.
Sleeping comfort for all
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with rain shower, double sink and separate toilet, suitable for disabled people. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom has 2 box springs and a sofa bed. Extra toilet on the landing.
Spacious garden and dog-friendly
The enclosed garden offers many spots for sun or shade. There is a bike shed and your dog is welcome. Enjoy a quiet walk along the dike or go fishing with the included fishing pass. There is parking for 1 car on site and central parking nearby.

Lovely house and area

The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The outside /inside sitting area is a really nice place to relax. This area of The Netherlands is wonderful with lots of nice towns and villages. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Oudesluis. Nice house with great garden and equipted with everything we needed. Short car ride to the beach. Great hosts, who responded quickly to our requests. Highly recommended.

Ideal for our group

We were 2 sets of grandparents with daughter, husband and 1 year old. Plenty of everything we needed, very comfy beds, showers excellent and all very clean. Enjoyed the sunny conservatory, managed a barbecue, and baby enjoyed the playthings. Thanks for a great few days.

Bijzonder gezellig verrblijf!

We hebben het bijzonder naar ons zin gehad bij Kakelbont 62. het huisje is bijzonder gezellig ingericht, met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers voldeed het ook aan onze wensen. Alles netjes en compleet aangetroffen, naast de leuk ingerichte eettafel binnen, konden we ook nog in de serre zitten (ontbijtzaaltje) of gewoon met mooi weer buiten. We hebben het zeker goed naar ons zin gehad!

Heerlijk verblijf weer gehad

We hebben nu voor de 2e keer van dit heerlijke huis genoten. Alles was weer perfect in orde. Er was alleen wat onduidelijkheid over de huur van het beddengoed, op de website stond een prijs, van de eigenaar kregen we een andere prijs door en in de bevestigingsmail stond weer een andere prijs. Dat was echt het enige puntje van aandacht, verder perfect.

Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre freundlichen Worte. Wie schön, dass alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit verlaufen ist. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist es wirklich schön, mit dem Auto an den Strand zu fahren. Der große Vorteil ist, dass man hier kostenlos parken kann. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, dann ist es auch schön, mit dem Fahrrad zu gehen. Radeln Sie 9 km und Sie sind in Callantsoog. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Kurzes Resümee

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die oberen Räume waren sehr schön. Die Lage und die Umgebung waren ebenfalls sehr schön. Im Ganzen können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Eine Mikrowelle und ein Toaster fehlen. Die Reißverschlusstür des Wintergartens geht teilweise sehr schwer zu. Ein Raum im Erdgeschoß kann nur zum schlafen genutzt werden, weil das Bett genauso groß ist wie der Raum selber.

Danke für Ihre nette Bewertung Es gibt tatsächlich keine Mikrowelle im Haus und wir haben keinen Toaster, weil wir ihn nicht richtig reinigen können. 1 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist geräumig und Sie können um die Betten gehen. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist ein, wie wir in Holland sagen, Bettkasten, diese waren früher sehr verbreitet, manchmal schliefen ganze Familien in ihnen unter den Fensterläden und oben auf einem Bettbrett die Wiege. Zum Glück ist das Bett sehr bequem 180/220 und man kann vor dem Bett stehen und es gibt Schrankregale, das ist alles was man braucht, man kann sich in seinem Zimmer an- und ausziehen, man hat Schrankregale und man kann mit der ganzen Familie zusammen wohnen, weil es 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer gibt. Die Seitenfenster im Vordach sind dicht, weil es sonst weht und flattert.

Erholung erster Klasse

wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Aufenthalt Wir sind mit zwei Hunden gereist welche sich ebenfalls super wohl gefühlt haben. Ein sehr schönes Haus welches gut organisiert ist, uns fehlte es an gar nichts. Ruhige Lage und günstige Lage, ob zum Fahrradfahren oder Sparzieren. Ca. 11km zu den schönen Stränden und netten Ortschaften. Trotz des doch frischem Wetter und einigen Regenstunden haben wir die Tage sehr genossen Die Menschen in der Umgebung waren allesamt sehr freundlich

Schönes Wochenende mit Freundinnen

Wir waren über Pfingsten in dem schönen gemütlichen Häuschen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wichtig ist zu wissen,dass die oberen beiden SZ über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen sind. Beide Zimmer oben haben jeweils 1 Waschbecken und 1 Dusche. Das ist super. Das Haus verfügt aber nur über 2 statt 3 WCs, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Wären wir mit 6 Mädels,wie ursprünglich geplant, angereist,wäre es knapp geworden. Zu viert sind wir gut klargekommen. In der Nähe liegt Calantsoog, ein wunderschönes Städtchen mit einem herrlichen Strand. Man sollte vorher einkaufen,denn das nächste Geschäft ist 10 KM entfernt. Dennoch ist die Lage toll

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wie schön, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genossen. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein Badezimmer mit separatem WC. Die Treppe im Obergeschoss ist eine sichere Treppe mit Handlauf, ausgestattet mit einem Treppengitter für zusätzliche Sicherheit mit Kindern. Im Obergeschoss gibt es eine zweite Toilette, die von den Badezimmern getrennt ist. In Anna Paulowna in 4 km Entfernung können Sie Ihre Einkäufe erledigen, hier gibt es 4 Supermärkte, 1 Bäckerei, 2 Metzgereien, eine Drogerie und vieles mehr. Callantsoog (10 km) und Schagen (7 km) sind sehr sehenswert. Es gibt 2 Toiletten und ich sehe keine dritte Toilette in der Anzeige.

Belle découverte à Oudesluis

Un super logement au calme! Très bien équipé. On aurait aimé pouvoir en profiter davantage. Le soleil n’étant pas de la partie, nous n’avons pas pu profiter des 2 terrasses extérieures. Mais on a apprécié nos soirées prêt du feu de bois. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre accueil.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre maison de vacances. En effet, lorsque le temps n'est pas au beau fixe, il est très agréable d'être à l'intérieur, près du poêle à bois. Si la température extérieure est bonne, il est également très agréable de s'asseoir dans le jardin d'hiver et de faire un barbecue.

Schöne, kurze Auszeit

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage, während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts in Oudesluis. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt und auch mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern war es kein Problem. Vielen Dank and die freundlichen Gastgeber, die mir auch einige Fragen im vorfeld beantwortet haben.

schön eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus liegt am Rand einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für 8 Personen und 2 Hunde hat der Platz gerade so gepasst. Besonders das zweite Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr klein, eher eine Schlafkoje. Es besteht aus einem 140cm Bett + Gang vor dem Bett + Wandregal. Die Kleidung kann in einem offenen Regal vor dem Zimmer verstaut werden.

Erholsam

Dank Wintergarten und großem Essbereich plus Wohnzimmer viel Platz für 6 Personen. Die zwei Zimmer im Dachgeschoß hatte jeweils eine eigene Dusche, was sehr praktisch war. Auch der Wintergarten hatte einen großen Tisch. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Garten um das Haus herum bot viele Gelegenheit, die Ostereier zu verstecken.
