The rooms are fully equipped.
- 1st bedroom: 1 double bed, closet, and TV with Netflix access
- 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, closet; bedding is provided
- Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink, washing machine; towels are provided.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with stove, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine, pod and filter coffee makers, cleaning supplies, iron
- Large patio features new patio furniture, artificial turf, and an awning that can be manually raised. Clothes drying rack provided.
- Living/dining area: dining table seating 4–5 people, couch, armchair, and large TV

The accommodation sleeps 4 people or, with an extra bed, 5 people.

Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is not wheelchair accessible. Public parking is available directly to the left in front of the house or on the street. You may also park your car directly in the courtyard in front of the house.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but you may smoke on the terrace as long as you dispose of your cigarette butts properly. We ask all guests to leave the apartment in good order.
Bicycles or similar items can be stored, locked up, by arrangement.
