Free parking is available. The "Meerraum" holiday rental is located on the ground floor and in the attic of a single-family home in Niederhagen, a area of 18182 Rövershagen. The Baltic Sea, with its long, fine sandy beaches, is just 5 km away. Niederhagen is nestled between the Baltic Sea beach and Karl’s Rövershagen Adventure Village. Niederhagen is a very quiet and rural area located right next to a bike path, inviting you to take walks and bike rides in the Rostocker Heide nature reserve.

Parking on the property is free.

You can enjoy long walks on the beach with your four-legged friend or visit the fenced-in, eight-hectare dog park in Jürgeshof, located about 800 m away. For horse lovers, the Stuthof riding stable is located about 3 km away. The climbing forest in Markgrafenheide is 5 km away. The Hohe Düne marina residence and the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde are 7 km away. In addition to Warnemünder Woche and the Hanse Sail, the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde offers numerous other excursion options. During the summer months, numerous cruise ships dock in Warnemünde. In winter, many visitors marvel at the Warnemünde Tower Lights. For animal lovers, the Rostock Zoo, the Marlow Bird Park, and the Ozeaneum in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund offer an exciting day trip. The pier in the Baltic Sea resort of Graal-Müritz is 8 km away. The Hanseatic and university city of Rostock is approximately 15 km away. You’ll also find shopping options, for example, at the Hanse-Center Bentwisch. The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, with its beautiful sandy beaches, as well as the artists’ village of Ahrenshoop, is 28 km away.
