Apartment house Isegrim, Altenmarkt

A very attractive, family-friendly holiday complex with an outdoor swimming pool and spa area, set on a large natural plot on the edge of the village and the woodland (850 m above sea level). The Isegrim apartments offer a varied leisure programme for young and old alike. Children can play on the lawn, pet the animals or splash about in the pool, whilst adults relax in the spa area. In the evenings, the campfire is the perfect spot for a sausage barbecue and a cosy get-together. The hiking bus stops about 100 m away and, from late May to early October, takes you to the starting points of walks and cycle routes for a small fee. The Altenmarkt-Zauchensee guest card also offers reduced admission to the Therme Amadé.

Highlights: 1 sauna session per accommodation; a weekly campfire with sausage grilling and bread baking for children, plus 2 drinks per adult in July and August; pony rides for children twice a week in July and August.
Pony rides and communal campfire evenings take place regularly right within the complex. Depending on the programme, Altenmarkt offers mountain biking, hiking, Nordic walking and Alpine energy exercises. The 30,000 m² Therme Amadé offers family attractions and Alpine health treatments. A hike along the old Zauchensee Road to Lake Zauchensee promises stunning views. The Salzburg Sports World, nestled between the Tauern and Dachstein mountains, also offers around 1,000 km of hiking trails, 500 km of mountain bike trails, two riverside cycle paths, 160 km of bridleways, 10 summer mountain cable cars, swimming lakes, water parks and numerous day-trip destinations. Golfers will find a 9-hole compact course and an 18-hole championship course hosting guest tournaments.
