What awaits you: Spacious living – 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, separate guest WC, living room with fireplace and an extra-large cozy couch, tiled stove, and underfloor heating. Kitchen: fully equipped with coffee machine (with milk frother), toaster, oven, and herbs. Media & family: Fast Wi-Fi (ideal for home office), smart TV, game console, washing machine, high chair, children’s toys, and books. Comfort: Contactless check-in via key box and parking at the house. Bus and train are within walking distance.



With the regional guest card, you enjoy great extras per night, including free use of bus and train.



Regional experiences (near Brandnertal / Montafon): Ski resorts, summer cable cars, swimming lakes, and a tennis court (15 minutes’ walk). A private pond (10 minutes’ walk, dogs allowed) invites you to relax. Shops and restaurants are nearby in the village center.
