Sea view and beach on the doorstep: Ostsee-Strandvilla Schilksee, ground floor apartment

Your holiday rental in the Ostsee-Strandvilla, featuring its own terrace, is located directly on the steep cliffs of the Baltic Sea along Kiel’s Outer Fjord.

From the studio kitchen to the living room—and, of course, from the terrace—you can fully enjoy the breathtaking view of the open sea and the endless beach. In the summer, you can take a quick dip in the water at the beach even before breakfast. In the winter, you can enjoy the view of the open, rough sea while sitting by your open fireplace.

On the horizon, large freighters sail towards Kiel’s inner fjord and on to the Kiel Canal. When the onshore wind blows, you’ll see kitesurfers right in front of your house attempting the most daring jumps. Welcome!

The Baltic Sea Beach Villa is divided into two spacious holiday apartments, complemented by a converted attic for group holidays. Lovingly furnished in a Nordic country house style, the ground-floor apartment features a spacious living room with a view of the Baltic Sea and a massive fireplace, which flows into the dining area with an open studio kitchen. The garden terrace facing the sea is accessible from the living room. In addition to a marble bathroom, your holiday apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bunk bed, and a double sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy the sweeping view of the open Baltic Sea from the cosy sleeper sofa, or step out onto your front terrace for a cup of coffee. And in the evening, the open fireplace crackles cosily… Welcome!
