Welcome to our comfortable “Holiday Apartment 10” in “Haus Windland,” a welcoming retreat in Dranske —perfect for relaxed short getaways or restful breaks in picturesque surroundings. Whether it’s water sports at the surf beach, walks along the wild and romantic natural beach, or swimming in the sea—here you can truly unwind! This lovingly furnished holiday apartment accommodates up to six people and combines comfort with a cosy atmosphere across 77 m².

Enjoy modern living across two floors in this maisonette-style holiday apartment. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living space featuring a sofa area, dining area, and integrated kitchen—all harmoniously connected to create a spacious feel. Here, you can sit back, relax, and spend time together after an eventful day. In addition, the sofa area offers plenty of space and cosiness to enjoy a pleasant end to your evenings. A modern TV and a radio are provided, and you’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi.

The open, modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own meals. With a ceramic cooktop and oven, you can prepare your favourite dishes here, and the dishwasher takes care of the cleanup. The dining area, with its large dining table, invites you to enjoy meals together with family or friends.

When the sun sets on Rügen, you can retreat to the two separate bedrooms on the second floor. One of the rooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa in the living room, which can be quickly and easily converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa.

A bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack, as well as an additional guest bathroom, provide added comfort.

The large, covered communal terrace offers you a sheltered area to enjoy the refreshing Baltic Sea air. The garden with its barbecue area also invites you to relax and unwind.

For our youngest guests, this family-friendly holiday rental provides a high chair, a cot, and a stair gate.

Pets are welcome here; you’re more than welcome to bring your dog(s) (max. 2).

Dranske-Lancken on Rügen—a paradise for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts!

Enjoy your holiday in the beautiful, unspoiled countryside along Rügen’s picturesque coast. Our holiday apartments at “Haus Windland” are located in the largely unspoiled natural surroundings of the Lancken district!

Lancken is part of the municipality of Dranske—a former fishing village situated between the Baltic Sea and the Wieker Bodden. Walks along the wild and romantic natural beach, relaxation by the sea, and water sports on the Bodden will make your holiday an unforgettable experience in nature. A special highlight is searching for amber. After fall storms, you can discover these extraordinary stones here on the beach early in the morning.

In Dranske, you’ll find wonderful opportunities for surfing, sailing, or stand-up paddleboarding. Especially in the fall, you’ll find great wind conditions for surfing here—and wonderful tranquility! You can reach the small surfer’s beach at the harbour by bike in about 12 minutes, and the Baltic Sea beach near Nonnevitz—which offers swimming and a separate dog beach—in about 15 minutes. The natural beach and the Krepitzer Heide nature reserve are about a 20-minute walk away. Recreational activities such as the “Pferdezentrum Balance” equestrian centre and the “Rügen Piraten” water sports school offer even more variety during your holiday.

The “Pavillon am Gutspark” restaurant is located right nearby. Here you can treat yourself to culinary delights on the large outdoor terrace or in the cosy dining room. A few kilometres away lies the village centre of Dranske, which features additional restaurants. You’ll find a supermarket in the direction of Dranske Beach.

From Dranske, you can easily reach scenic destinations by car, such as the nearby Cape Arkona. Or how about a day trip to the neighbouring island of Hiddensee? The ships of the “Weiße Flotte” depart directly from the small pier at the harbour (during the summer months).

You can also experience Rügen’s picturesque natural landscape by bike! The Rügen section of the Baltic Sea Coastal Bike Route takes you over 270 km past idyllic seaside resorts and beautiful natural landscapes. Some of the possible routes start from Dranske. If you prefer to explore on foot, you’re sure to enjoy the guided hikes offered regularly during the summer months.
