We completed a full-remodel!! Come enjoy our new kitchen appliances/bathrooms/floors/granite countertops/epoxy garage, and even freshly painted walls. We installed a Gorgeous 90 JET-6 PERSON HOT TUB in our 2 story Arizona Room overlooking the forest!! Yes, we still provide COMPLIMENTARY FIREWOOD for your stay and still have the Stiga Ping Pong table in the garage as well!! We also upgraded all 4 decks and railings, UNBELIEVABLE PRIVATE VIEWS!

There are many Pinetop VRBO homes to choose from, but only a handful have your own private Hot Tub (not a community center Jacuzzi), Full Remodel, Breathtaking Forest Views, Privacy, private Ping Pong Table, Double-sided Fireplace, Pet-Friendly, newly remodeled, meticulously maintained, abundantly stocked, and offered at this price point!

Come to this quiet neighborhood and enjoy this custom-built 3 bdrm, 2 bath home located down the street from the Pinetop Country Club. Relax on our hammocks as you enjoy a 180-degree view of the Indian Reservation forest, and enjoy your own privacy. Bring your pets and let them play in the fully fenced dog run and/or let them run freely between the dog run, 2 balconies, and Arizona room. Evenings are for hot tubbing, with the new forest lights on, for occasional wildlife viewing, relaxing at the campfire pit, located on the back corner of our property. You will find 2 back decks and 1 front deck. All of our decks have chairs and end tables. One deck holds a full-size table w/chairs, good for card playing, chess (provided), and dining. BBQ on our Weber propane grill.

Want to keep your teenagers busy? Let them enjoy games of ping-pong in the oversized garage or simply enjoy our hot tub in the privacy of a covered Arizona room with a view of the forest. This tranquil, 'cabin feel' home boasts a floor-to-ceiling 2-sided wood-burning stone fireplace, located between the living and dining area. Vaulted wood-beamed ceiling overlooks the living and dining areas. Spacious seating for 8 at the dining table, with cushioned leather bench on one side of the table to seat lots of kiddos. Bring the family together with our cozy 7 pc leather sectional, while watching Netflix movies on our new 70' Smart TV, new Samsung sound-bar that is bluetooth, and the Yamaha FM Home Stereo will add to your overall enjoyment of this stylish home. We have Aspen log furniture in 2 of 3 bedrooms, with Serta Waldorf Astoria mattresses on both queen beds with 1000 count thread sheets. Use our Belgium waffle maker to delight your guest/family with fresh waffles from the newly remodeled kitchen. Free Wi-fi included.

The Pinetop community is unique in that it offers 4 seasons' worth of enjoyable activities. Clean, comfy and lots of great amenities! Everything from great views, screened in porch with spa plus two outdoor porches, fenced dog run, washer/2 dryers, double-sided fireplace with all the firewood included, dishwasher, well stocked kitchen appliances, work space, bunk room, big screen tv, nice hot running water, outdoor fire pit, etc. I could go on forever. AND, the absolute cleanest cabin I’ve stayed in! No bugs, no cobwebs, immaculate yard.

Amazing cabin with beautiful views! We saw a bull elk while enjoying dinner on the back patio, there was a great little dog run for our mini Bernadoodle .. I can’t say enough about the kindness and responsiveness of the owners. We will definitely be going back!

This is an amazing property!!! My mom and I love going on a summer getaway every August and we both agree this will be the house we book with. We are already planning an after Holidays trip and will definitely be staying here. We also brought our dogs and it was a dog friendly property. The hot tub, fireplace and back deck were by far our favorite part of the whole trip so relaxing. The rooms were so nice and the beds were comfortable. This property is also a short drive to town and to many great hiking trails. We love getting away and going up to Pinetop-Lakeside and have found a home away from home on our trips. Looking forward to our next stay!!!

High school sweethearts, Matthew, and I have been together for over 37 years. We moved to Tucson, from Denver, 23 years ago, where I work as a Reading Specialist with elementary-aged students. We have two children and plan to continue making many memories with them, here at Cinder Mountain Retreat!

Why they chose this property

We love this home because of the tranquil view it offers of the Indian Reservation forest, thus we named it Cinder Mountain Retreat. Also, the fact that it is newly remodeled, is a huge bonus to us. New 90 Jet Spa and newly installed Central Air Conditioning and Heating is the icing on the cake for us. We felt it was time to buy this vacation home because we have a long history of visiting this area often to hunt elk, fish, camp, kayak, snow ski and gamble. Now that we own Cinder Mountain Retreat & Spa, we are especially blessed and excited to share it with extended family from Arizona and our Tucson friends.

What makes this property unique

Cinder Mountain Retreat & Spa has been newly remodeled and this is what initially attracted us to the property. Once we viewed Cinder Mountain Retreat & Spa in person, we were in awe of the backyard view. It is rare to have unobstructed 180 degree views of the forest. Because we want all guests to have a positive experience, most everything in this home has been newly purchased. Another perk to renting this home is the convenient access to skiing, fishing, kayaking, hunting and so many other recreational activities. There is definitely something here, in this area, for all ages to enjoy.
