We absolutely loved the villa. The design of the villa is amazing, with four bedrooms separated by a huge living room / dining room; perfect for large groups. The piece de resistance is the outdoor, covered sitting area, leading to a great pool that actually has an area you can sit on to cool off. The villa is well stocked with dishes, glass wear…it really includes all you need for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, close to the beach (with access to the beach club), great restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy all within 5 minutes. If you’re a golfer, it’s paradise. The villa sits next the Mantarayya golf courses 7th green. Finally, Stephen and Anne-Marie were great hosts. They were very responsive when we had questions and shared with us all of the activities available to us at the villa. We loved it so much, we’ve already booked for next year.

Great house for family

Stephen was a wonderful host. Both he and his wife were very helpful. The home was perfect for ourselves and 4 children. The kitchen is well stocked and having 3 bathrooms with good water pressure was great. The neighborhood and access to the beach club was so nice. The private pool and grounds are lovely. Any issues like the stove not working well were quickly addressed. Highly recommended!

Excellent Villa & Club / Beach Facilities + Outstanding Owner attention !!

We recently stayed 5 nights at this Villa; the property is much better -and bigger- than the pictures show, it has a big and ample social area and the bedrooms are spacious and well appointed; there are AC units for all areas as well as Ceiling Fans but we also let the breeze go through as well. The house had all what we needed; Internet, Cable, SmartTV (we used our Netflix account), Extra Pillows, Chairs, etc. The Kitchen had everything we needed during our stay (pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc), we also enjoyed the coal BBQ and one night we even cooked Paella for 10+ people (!). The pool was great and we enjoyed it every night. The house is on a Private Golf & Beach complex and we had access to the Beach (Private Access) with plenty of beach chairs & a dedicated seaside Bar & Restaurant with a large pool; the Beach was wide and sometimes we had it almost to ourselves (=no crowds !!) There is a brand new large SuperMarket (Super99) & Drugstore (Arrocha) about 5 minutes drive from the property, so we were able to buy food, beer, wine and find all what we needed for our stay. The property owner was quite accommodating & responsive; arrival & logistics were quick and we did not have any issues during our stay. Highly Recommended, we will definitely come back ! Cheers,

Logement spacieux, agréable, propre. Nous étions 5 adultes et 5 enfants, et tout le monde avait son espace de tranquillité. A wonderful four day vacation spot

this is a wonderful getaway! The three bedrooms gave us the privacy we wanted; it also had a great area for cooking,visiting, and eating. The outdoor patio was comfortable And the swimming pool was as fine a home pool as I have ever experienced. The landlord, Stephen Potts, was most hospitable and welcoming. He answered all our questions and helped with a minor maintenance issue.

The house is very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy a pleasant holiday or a relaxing time. my family and I went to celebrate my 37th birthday and it exceeded all our expectations. is widely recommend it, the owners are very helpful and friendly, will definitely be back.

Amazing villa, awesome house and host

Getting to the Villa is actually really easy, since it's the same entrance as the Decameron Hotel, you take the second Gate at the right hand and all the Villas are properly numbered. Stephen was an excelent host, replying to my concerns within 2 hours of been sent, and always putting my needs first. The Villa itself is AMAZING, is spacious, you have 3 rooms, 2 of them with huge kind beds, and the other room with 2 beds considered singles, but big enough to fit 2 people per bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, forks, knifes, plates, you name it, he had it there; for me, the most awesome thing about the house was the pool, it's outstanding! We had a BBQ outside, and it was amazing. There is AC all over the house, so by the end of the night, we would all be sleeping like babies. Bottom line, I will be definitely coming back, thanks again Stephen!
