If they mention fully equiped kitchen, it's beyond. We felt very welcome by our host. Also the view from the garden table was relaxing during breakfast and dinner.

The owner communicates very quickly on any questions you may have. The kitchen and bathroom are the stand out rooms in this apartment, they are well equipped and all appliances work like new. The apartment is in a quiet area and the tenants upstairs are very quiet. We would stay here again on our next trip to Germany.
