The Mairhof Chavalatsch Lounge - Zi 3 room offers stunning views of the Alps from your private, spacious terrace with awning, perfect for an active holiday or peaceful days in the mountains among traditional alpine farms.



The 20 m² accommodation features a large bedroom with TV and double bed for 2 guests, plus a sofa bed for an additional guest, ideally a child. On the ground floor, you can use the large shared kitchen and home office. The lounge offers children's books and toys, and outside you'll find sun-drenched gardens.

The Mairhof Flow Farm at 1,350 meters above Schluderns offers you an incomparable view of the Ortler and the Stelvio Pass. This traditional mountain farm is the ideal place for a relaxing break. The modernly furnished rooms offer mountain views. You have access to a shared kitchen, a flower garden, a chapel meadow, children's toys, a washing machine, and books. Bicycles can be safely stored in the barn, and one e-bike is available. We produce jam and syrup, and the eggs come from our own chickens. The Gschneirer Waalweg starts directly at the farm, where you can stroll along the water in the shade of the trees. There are six parking spaces. Pets are allowed, and events are possible upon request. The accommodation is accessible by car, motorcycle, or bicycle. Cleaning service and linen change are available on site for an additional fee.
